Packaged Integrations Contract Management - Salesforce.com and Ingenuus Announced on April 28, 2008, the first integration between Ingenuus and Salesforce.com powered by Interweave® focuses on contract management. The integration will allow users to either start a new contract process from within Salesforce, Ingenuus, or via email. If using Salesforce, users will complete the contract form and when it is saved, a new process will be started in Ingenuus and that information automatically loaded into the Ingenuus system. Process status will be reported back to Salesforce and email will be used to notify participants when something needs to be done. Customers who want this solution will have to be users of both Ingenuus and Salesforce. |
