In Phase Two we create a new evaluation process, or modify your existing process to include an evaluation step. Evaluation of a process can be scheduled or started ad-hoc. Additional information is now made available for management to see how many processes are being evaluated, and which ones might need to be evaluated based on problems being reported. The Active Packet provides all the information about the process to expedite evaluation. No more looking around for graphs, spreadsheets, and documents. All process documentation is kept in the process repository and linked to the Active Packet. Benefits
