The Active Packet stores these documents in a secure repository making them available to everyone you provide access to. This means that without actually automating your process, you can collect valuable information about your processes and provide access to process documentation via a web browser. The Active Packet is then routed for review and approval. Evenutally the Active Packet is released creating benchmarking a version of your process. The Active Packet automates process activities making your process owners more productive shortening review and audit times.

Continuous improvement efforts are streamlined because Ingenuus has an "Improvement Request" process. All improvments or changes are associated to each process Active Packet so that process owners can easily evaluate proposed improvements.
