We have been reading all sorts of articles talking about growth in Business Process Management. We are being told by several sources that the market size in 2006 was less than $1 billion and that it will grow to more than $5 billion in 2011.
Over the past several months we have been touting a new mantra – efficiency. From what we are reading, it looks like efficiency is a goal for 2007. So, now I am curious about what is happening within your company.
